Welcome to Hôtel Paris le Singulier
Hôtel Paris le Singulier stands as a mid-tier boutique option nestled in the elegant 16th arrondissement of Paris, on Rue Saint-Didier. Rated 3.8 stars, it offers travelers a strategically superb base to explore iconic landmarks like the Eiffel Tower and Trocadéro, both within easy walking distance. The hotel’s location also places guests near a wealth of cultural attractions, including the Palais de Chaillot and Palais de Tokyo, making it ideal for visitors eager to immerse themselves in Parisian art and history.
Guests consistently praise the hotel's location for its accessibility, situated perfectly between two Metro lines, enabling seamless travel across the city. This convenience, combined with nearby cafes and dining options, enriches the overall experience. Rooms, such as the well-appointed Cindy Triple Room, are noted for their clean, efficient layout with separated bathing facilities that add to guest comfort and privacy.
However, the hotel faces notable operational challenges that temper its appeal. Several reviews highlight issues with air conditioning control — complications that require guests to rely on reception for adjustments, undermining in-room convenience. More concerning are reports of hygiene lapses in bathrooms, including mold and pests, as well as concerns about cleanliness in baby cots, which detracts from the otherwise charming ambiance and raises questions about maintenance rigor.
Hôtel Paris le Singulier offers free Wi-Fi and accommodates pets, catering to modern traveler needs but lacks amenities such as parking, a pool, airport shuttles, or a fitness center, which may influence stays for some clientele. The absence of an elevator, although mitigated by helpful staff, might challenge those with mobility needs or heavy luggage.
In essence, Hôtel Paris le Singulier is a location-driven choice for travelers prioritizing proximity to Paris’ quintessential landmarks and museums over luxury conveniences. Its ambiance and clean, spacious rooms provide a pleasant retreat after a day of sightseeing. Yet, prospective guests should weigh the charm of a chic, art-infused neighborhood and practical access against the hotel's service and maintenance shortfalls. For those valuing authentic Parisian experience and centrality, this hotel remains a singular option worth considering with conscious expectations.

The hotel was overall good. The room was spacious, and the location is great. However, a few problems 1. The AC doesn't have control in the room. You have to ask the reception to on/off/modify, which is annoying, and they off it after some time. 2. There was mold and ants in the bathroom 3. Asked for a baby cot and the lady brought it from some store room, it was so dusty that we got asthama from it. 4. There is no elevator (but it's not so many floors, so it's fine)
My daughter and I stayed here in June 2025 for four nights and we were very happy with the room, service and location. We chose not to do their breakfast as we preferred to explore the cafes. My main thing was to be close to the Eiffel Tower and this was achieved here. Within minutes walking distance we were in the Trocadero. No elevator but staff helped with the bags. Loved our stay!
My friend and I really enjoyed our stay at this location. The location of this hotel was perfect. Perfectly in-between 2 Metro lines for easy travel, 10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower, food all around. The room itself was perfect. We stayed in the Cindy Triple Room and this was a perfect size for my friend and I. Love how the toilet, the sink and the shower are all separated! The room was clean, hairdryer for those interested, is included in the room! A relatively quiet location as well, only thing that was a bother was the garbage man! I'll take it! We had ran into an issue with a customer who checked into the small room next to ours towards the end of our stay. This customer ended up smoking in his room, causing a lot of the smoke to enter ours. We went and talked to the lady at the front desk (we used Google Translator, which worked PERFECTLY), and told her our concerns. She had the director of the hotel talk to the customer next to us and the issue was resolved! They care about their customers happiness and satisfaction. We really enjoyed our stay, we would DEFINITELY stay here again! Thank you so much for everything!
